Unlike major hotels, Marina Sol Condos are privately owned therefore each condominium is decorated to the owners' personal tastes. Surrounding an oasis of lush tropical gardens, a large pool with Jacuzzi, palapa swim-up bar and club house with an array of workout equipment, pool table and ping pong table Marina Condos has 4 three story buildings and one seven story building. The kitchens are fully equipped.
All of the condos have satellite TV and air conditioning. There are one, two, three, four and five bedroom condos available for you and your parties needs. One bedroom condos have sleeper sofas. Two bedrooms generally have king or queen in both bedrooms; some have twin beds in 2nd bedroom. This condo has a King sized bed in the master bedroom which is enlarged, a futon g with a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo has a beautiful flat screen TV, brand new air conditioners and an updated bathroom.
Marina Sol Condos is located a short 5 minute walk to the main swimming beach and 10 minute walk to downtown. Though we are private condominiums, we are set up for the traveler and have anticipated your needs in a resort type atmosphere.
This condo has ample square footage and is nicely furnished with new furniture, refrigerator and comfortable patio furniture. This unit also has mini-split quiet air conditioners in both the bedroom and extended living room, new flat screen TV in living room and freshly painted!

We have a swim up bar and grill with fantastic food and great prices ! We boast one of the largest heated pools in Cabo in a beautiful tropical oasis, huge jacuzzi and a game room with a pool table, d ping pong table, library and tv/stereo for group gatherings! There is a mini market with internet cafe, day spa, laundry facilities and free internet if you cannot leave that laptop at home! We have a concierge in the lobby to assist you with any reservations you would like to make.
